Build The World
Keynote + workshop for teams with a product problem they have not been able to solve
The Premise
Some product problems resist every solution because the team is solving them in the wrong paradigm. They optimise, simplify, and polish. The metrics hold steady. The thing users loved quietly disappears.
Build The World is the keynote Design The Hunger followed by a half-day working session where your team applies the Khoric Framework to a real challenge from your own product.
The keynote gives your team the language. The workshop gives them the practice.
How it works
Your team brings a product decision they have been circling. Together, we find out whether the problem is a product paradigm problem or a khoric one, and what to do about it.
Everyone in the room works, including leadership. This is not a session where the team works while the boss watches.
Your team will leave with
- A decision they have been avoiding and the language to make it
- A shared understanding of which parts of their product to finish and which parts to protect
- The practical distinction between friction and resistance applied to their own work
- A common vocabulary that outlasts the session
Format
Keynote (45 min) + workshop (3 hours). For teams of 6 to 20 people. Works best with a mix of product, design, and leadership in the room.
Available for offsites and on-site sessions. Based in Denmark. Works internationally.
The Facilitator
Tue Beck Saarie (Mr Beck) spent twenty years designing large-scale live experiences for hundreds of players with no script, no game master, and no way to fix things in real time. The design problem was always the same: create the conditions for something extraordinary without controlling what happens.
Today Tue works as a digital product leader and researcher at Aalborg University. The Khoric Framework grew directly from that practice.
